The International Librarians Networking Program (IRRT) provided an opportunity to develop
strong intercultural skills as participants came from diverse backgrounds which allowed every
discussion and group project to be a multifaceted learning opportunity. Also the uniquely rich
environment offered by virtual participation allowed participants flexibility in participating in the
IRRT.
